Our Mission

At ICPATS, our mission is to provide exceptional assistance in immigration matters, backed by over 30 years of experience. We strive to help individuals and families navigate the complexities of the immigration process with confidence and clarity.

The Immigration, Case, Processing and Tracking System, (ICPaTS); this system assists with the processing and tracking of immigration benefits, and EOIR Court filings, documents for clients. The ICPaTS process is user friendly allowing the attorney and staff to view screens that represent the current manual process while completing redundant information. This allows for no time loss or extensive training. It makes it easy to fill multiple forms or applications; a pop-up box displays possible errors and advice, using predetermined statements, which can be modified, in either English or Spanish.

Instructions, required evidence, and where to file the application are updated as required by the Department of Homeland Security and the Executive Office of Immigration Review. The final case can be printed, viewed and/or transmitted as complete package for filing or by the individual or firm. Additionally, the system stores and tracks case history and will provide notice of deliverables. The system has a central e-mail system for information updates from USCIS and EOIR.

I have been writing automated programs since my teenage years, and advanced to complex programs ever since. I have advanced my career using these programs in the intelligence gathering, analytical and dissemination on a large scale with great success. This is one of my most successful and natural abilities, one that I enjoy and continue advancing.

Currently, I am developing and refining several concepts,

- An automated system prototype and studying different processes and applications to facilitate entry and exit, of travelers and goods without hindering the valid travelers or commerce, entering and or exported from the United States. I know there are several huge agencies attempting to do the same, however, it’s been years and millions without success. My solutions are simple, user friendly, and very capable.

- The prototype above to determine immigration eligibility, assists the individuals and government with adjudicating benefits, and track such events in accordance with applicable laws.

Past Successes are:

- The Port of Entry Tracking System (POETS) which, I created and was the largest immigration inspections case management and tracking system. The POETS assists with processing and tracking redundant casework, and time-consuming process. The use of this program became an essential part of processing cases at the USINS, San Diego District, which encompassed the Southwest border of California, Atlanta Airport, and certain branches in Headquarters USINS later DHS.

- The process and procedures of enrolling individuals into NSEERS, National Security Entry Exit Registration System, came from POETS which I had written years before and later during my stay at Headquarters with the assistance of Steve Kremer and Mike Flemmi.

We are located in South Carolina. We are family, veteran, Hispanic and old retired government owned business operated by Sergio Mesa. It’s a challenge!!
